SITE stands for Skills for Independence, Transition, and Employment. At SITE, we provide vocational training and opportunities for 18-22 year-old students with special needs who have completed the requirements for a high school diploma. Through in-house businesses and community internship placements, our interns develop skills and confidence to help them achieve independence.

Our Vision
At SITE, we believe that good people working toward a common goal can accomplish anything they set out to do.

In this spirit, we set our goal to be the very best at serving the needs of our interns and families. Every action we take should be made with our interns in mind.

We also believe that we can achieve our goal only if we fulfill the needs of our own people.
To our interns and our people we pledge continuous improvement, and we make the commitment.

EVERY DAY YOU GET OUR BEST!

Check out this video highlighting some of our longtime in-house businesses featuring current and former interns, and hear from our dedicated administrators, staff, and parents as they talk about why the Brandywine School District S.I.T.E. Program is second to none!
